Damn, it's about time Gwen got to kick some ass!
Heartbreaking as it was to hear Gwen's shrieks for her friend as she was dragged away, I think Ianto's going to make me cry.
Dude, those are some lousy snipers. Yeah, it's all smoky, but Ianto's right out in the open!
Ooh, is that Andy that "Auntie Terrorist" just told to put an APB on Gwen?
Poor Rhys. I really do like the guy, and he's doing a frankly amazing job adapting to Gwen's new life, for all the bumps the two of them have had over it.
"We want a pony." FTW!! LOL
Ooh, and I'd all but forgotten about Clement. So this should be interesting. If he's spent much of his life in and out of institutions, and if they're true to life at all, he should have a very interesting mix of useful survival-in-strange-circumstances skills and utter lack of what most would consider basic skills.
All right, I thought the temp was going to be a plant of some kind, but it looks like she might actually be a white hat of sorts. Interesting.
I'm sorry, aliens possess kids all over the world, send specs for something to be built, and the humans in the know are just going with it??? I mean, I guess the possession bit counts as a threat, but anyone who can pull this crap off and does so ... well, I wouldn't expect much of a reward for cooperating either individually or species-wise.
My heart was already breaking for Ianto. But that card! "Where Dad broke my leg"???? Not "where I broke my leg with Dad" but "where Dad broke my leg"? Damn.
Shit. Using an ATM? I realize they must need money, but Gwen should know better!
All right, with the arm and shoulder being all they managed to recover, I was thinking this was where he'd start losing his body bit by bit. But he's regenerating from just that? Seriously, the TARDIS made Rose that freaking powerful?
Rhys being the one to find them a way to London by truck is bloody brilliant. As is Ianto's BIL's ruse to let the sister go for the meeting. Maybe the BIL doesn't need to be smacked quite so badly after all.
What a way to tell Rhys! I love their exchange. Yes, they're still up the same creek in search of a paddle, but yes, there are three in the boat. I'm still curious to see what, if any, effect the thing affecting the children has on Gwen. It's early enough for it to be believable there's no effect, but it'd be more interesting if there were.
I'm guessing Edward the king had something to do with potatoes? o.0
What does Lois think she's doing?
Ah! That's the piece I'd been missing. That organization is MI-5 then. There were probably references made that a Brit would get that I totally missed. "Tens House," for one, sounds like something we're meant to recognize.
Holy fuck! Hasn't Jack been tortured enough??
Forklift!Ianto and BadAss!Gwen FTW!
Oh holy shit! That's one way to get him out of the concrete, but will he be in pieces again? (And is he like an earthworm? He regenerated from an arm and a shoulder. So if he loses another limb, does it form another Jack at the same time regular Jack is recovering?)
LOL @ Jack throwing Rhys' coat over his shoulder, not that he could really put it on while he's still shackled, but still. :-D
*boggles* Is that container a forerunner of what Jack will be in as the Face of Bo? And why doesn't he know what they think he does? What's it going to take for him to remember? Besides apparently three more episodes, though that's not necessarily the remembery part, just the resolution.
Okay, seriously making a play for sleep now. I need at least a couple of hours before work!
