Ah, perfect
Dec. 31st, 2009 11:25 amGreat way to cap off the year. My radiator let go and has to be replaced to the tune of just under $500. Not even sure it's sane to put more money into it, but I can't cope with buying something new right now and having a monthly payment. Just needs to last until I finish school and get a job that pays a living wage. Meanwhile, renting a car so I can get to work tonight and tomorrow. Was supposed to go for New Year's dinner @ Priest Dude's house tomorrow, but that'll depend on what sort of mileage restrictions this thing has.
So far, Enterprise is living up to their hype. Going to come pick me up in a snow storm and everything. May take them longer than planned, but so long as I have a car in time to get to work, I'm fine.
Meanwhile, I've called work and left a message that if the second shift person calls out, wants to go home early, or whatever because of the snow, I'm all over it. This is a double time holiday, and working a double shift or even just a longer shift on it would make a nice dent in the repair bill.
