Beta-seeking again

Nothing like being all last-minute! I think I've just about found the ending for my tw_classic_bb fic. The good news is, I've managed this before my posting day, which is next Tues. The bad news is, I've not managed this before the beta I had lined up had other RL stuff come up.

Anybody up for beta-reading about 12k of Exit-Wounds-fix-it with added DW-crossoveriness? Pretty please with cinnamon sugar on top? (I'm working on coming up with better bribes.)

That's an awful lot you have on your plate. I have no takers yet, though, so I'm very tempted to take you up on it. Shall we give it till morning to see if someone whose weekend schedule is *not* already insane volunteers?

12 hrs later, if you still think that's doable, I will take you up on it. Where should I send it, and what format do you prefer? I use OpenOffice but can save as Word or several other things, or GoogleDocs if you prefer.

Knock wood, I should be able to get to it starting this evening, though I probably won't get it finished until tomorrow. If it actually got to be Monday, would that be okay, or are you up against a deadline? I don't know that it will, I just like to know what kind of flex I've got so that if I have an emergency, I know how to trouble. *g*

If you could format for Microsoft Word (.doc, not .docx), that would be fantastic. I can usually jump things through hoops to make it work out on this end, but any additional hoop I don't have to jump through is helpful right now. :-) I'll PM you my e-mail address.

I got the file, but your e-mail provider hates me. I finally managed to send you a response that it didn't balance immediately (it seemed to think I was spam or a virus), but can you check and make sure it didn't end up in your bulk mail or spam folder? Also, you'll want to add me to your list of safe senders, or I may have an interesting time trying to get the attachment *back* to you when I'm done. *g*
