Signal Boost: OWL closing

Most likely, if you are someone who reads or has fics archived on the Online Wizarding Library or OWL archive, you learned before I did that they will be closing the site effective April 30. But as the announcement was only made via the front page, and I wouldn't have heard if someone hadn't mentioned it to me in chat, it seems worth passing along.
Apparently the site is down right now. This is part of the stated reason for closing: the servers are showing their age. Hopefully it will come back up, as people are trying to save their reviews and fics.
There are efforts on the LJ comm
owl_tauri to help authors save their fics, tips on how to save reviews, and that sort of thing. The comm is going to be kept open by
juno_magic until January 1, 2013.
While I understand nothing is forever, I am sad to see OWL go.
