Gratitude Project day 6

Actually, this is an add-on to yesterday's as well as gratitude for today, as I'm grateful to have finally found not one but two pendants for current jewelry projects. One a simple stone point that works perfectly for the necklace I wanted to get done for this weekend's Festival of Fear (about confronting and healing fears, not going around scaring people *g*) and the other a gold-plated charm of Pan sitting astride a vine-wrapped pentagram, which I haven't constructed a base necklace that really matches that one yet, but I have some leaf-shaped beads that I think will go nicely with it. I've been looking for *anything* to finish off the former necklace for quite some time, so the double score was twice as nice. (Granted, you have to get rather close to see any detail on the charm, but I'll also need to be a bit careful *where* I wear it. Pan's not a very modest sort, after all. *g*)
I'm also grateful that Verizon appears to be being very helpful with switching out Patsfan's phone for something with a stronger browser. As this gets them more money, perhaps this isn't surprising, but until 5 minutes ago, I thought I was going to have to do this all via Fed Ex and Verizon's website and have Patsfan using his crappy older phone in the interim. Instead, it looks like I can handle it at the store after all, which I'm heading out to do in a bit. Of course, they may have only the high end Blackberries in stock, so there may yet be down time with the crappy phone in between, but even still, hopefully this will go well. Maybe I can even test out one of them on his fantasy sport site and make sure it really can access it before buying, as that was the problem with the EnV.
