Being all modly and crap
Jul. 12th, 2009 10:22 amI can't seem to get my
summer_of_giles fic moving. At all. I have 17 days to reverse that. Eep! If I can't get it moving by Tuesday (my next day off), I may have to stop trying to make the third Giles/Snape happen and try for something else. Maybe a continuation of "Strange Interview" (Giles/Hermione) or possibly *gasp* write something that isn't a crossover.
Meanwhile, in the interest of being somewhat productive, I've been catching up a bit on tagging for the
fangirl_tour and sending out my reminder notices, which I completely forgot to do last week. And possibly the week before. Good thing actual posters are on top of their schedules. :-D
Also got the prompts for the
bujold_fic fest organized and up for claiming. Never did manage to come up with any prompts of my own, but there are already far more than will get written as it is. I keep nudging for people to get artsy, but the Bujold fandoms seem to be very fic-heavy and art-light. Which is kind of amazing compared to HP. You'd think a fandom (or rather group of fandoms) lacking much in the way of visual canon would be even more into fanart than a fandom with movies as well as books, but if you did think that, you'd be wrong. But I'll keep nudging anyway. *g*
I think I'm calling that a good morning's work and hitting the hay. *g*
